Deputy SEO Manager – Leading Digital Agency – London
The Role
As Deputy SEO Manager you will be the support arm for the Head of SEO for this leading Digital Agency. This is very much an all encompassing role for an SEO Expert, looking for the next step in their career – or a step sideways to work for this Number 1 Digital Agency in Central London.
You will assist the Head of SEO in managing the ever expanding SEO team, from managing and training Graduates through to supporting the SEO Managers. This role will be a new position, and a role which will allow even more new business to be won and an even higher ROI to be generated for their Huge client base of prestigious brands. You will assist in training and development, appraisals, and appraisals, as well as helping to run the day to day accounts.
The role will also encompass client services, and will entail you to be hugely client facing. You will be responsible for developing and delivering natural search strategies for a broad range of clients across verticals. You will Manage the client, set in place internal process for their campaign management, and assist in the development and implementation of the SEO strategy for their brand. New business will also be a part of your role, so hopefully you will love presenting and being client facing as much as implementation!
Your Profile
As Deputy SEO Manager, you will have:
* Experience working for an Agency Doing SEO
* Track record in man-management – staff training, development and mentoring
* Strong Client Services background – experience in presenting to clients, reporting, education and training
* Strong technical SEO Skills – on and off page optimisation, white Hat SEO, etc
* Minimum of 3 years SEO
* Positive and enthusiastic, passionate about SEO, self-motivated and results-focused
