Senior Web Optimization
This position requires an experienced and technical SEO. The candidate must have strong SEO skills and knowledge in order to take on full responsibility of large to medium size clients and produce results.
Reviewing the website and looking to achieve continuous improvement and optimisation for search engines.
Define standards and protocols for the business to follow in delivering SEO compliant websites, applications, plug ins and systems for web functionality.
Working very closely with the web development team to ensure that all online development will have SEO as the foundation.
Obtain high quality and relevant links from trusted websites by whatever means.
Research, suggest and implement new link building techniques/technologies to SEO team
Report to SEO manager weekly and to clients monthly
Leading on a number of major technical initiatives both for onsite and offsite SEO.
Research and development for SEO solutions that deliver accessibility, authority and credibility of key websites.
Essential:
A proven understanding of how search engines work and how to get websites to rank for highly competitive search terms.
Thorough understanding of website architecture for SEO.
Personal Skills/Attributes Must be passionate about SEO and internet marketing in its entirety.
Results and solutions orientated.
Exceptional attention to detail, methodical and precise.
Strict time management
Inquisitive and thoughtful, with the ability to think out of the box.
Must be a team player and therefore have excellent people skills
