The alleged infidelity of Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James has led to an SEO poisoning campaign.
“Sophos warns that gossip about the development of the situation could take you to a malicious website, but if you’re searching for the pictures of Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee — Jesse James’ alleged mistress — there is also a good chance you’ll click on the wrong link that will lead to fake AV or other malware,” writes Help Net Security’s Zeljka Zorz.
“[Any] time you want to know more about a particularly hot topic, you’re better of checking out reputable news sites,” Zorz advises.
