SEO Account Manager. Candidate should have no more than 2 years of SEO account management experience (working with external vendors).
Must be familiar with SEO terms but the manager can teach the specifics of SEO that are needed for this job. Person will not be responsible for any of the SEO coding or any technical aspects of SEO. Must be very detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
Will be working with multiple clients at one time. This position will manage deliverables and implement tactics against defined Search Engine Optimization (SEO) offerings.
As the account manager in the SEO program, responsibilities will include: working with external agency to ensure website copy and metadata are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines, providing quarterly reporting and analysis to track visibility against a defined competitive set of keywords, submissions and renewals to online directories, identifying and obtaining quality links to websites, and working to optimize press releases.
