Le Meridien Amman Organizes A Enjoyable Day For Feminine Most Cancers Patients In
Amman, Jordan — (SBWIRE) — 05/07/2010 — Le Meridien Amman, a subsidiary of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and in cooperation with King Hussein Cancer Center organized a fun day for cancer patients and survivors at the Royal Convention Centre at the hotel.
Mr. Tareq Derbas, Le Meridien Ammans general manager welcomed the participating patients and complimented them on their high morale and their persistence on interacting with the local community, regardless of illness, suffering and commitment to therapy. He continued to affirm that the established cooperation and founded friendship between Le Meridien Amman and King Hussein Cancer Center is based on the hotels belief of the importance of supporting patients and providing moral and psychological support, in addition to motivating them to continuously interact with other members of the society through social, cultural and artistic activities.
The activities included a session about skincare and cosmetics for cancer patients, tailored to assist them in dealing with the changes during and after therapy. The afternoon activities included a cooking session, relaxation, meditation and therapy by laughter.
